Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order yourself from My orders any time before it ships (while it shows as Order placed or Packed). There is no cancellation charge.

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it within 7 days of delivery. See returns and exchanges.

Refunds for cancelled orders

• Paid online (UPI, card, net banking): the full amount is refunded automatically to the same payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 7 working days.
• Cash on delivery: nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund.

Refunds for returns

• Once the returned piece reaches us and passes inspection, we refund it within 5 to 7 working days.
• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
• Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the account you give us.
• The ₹25 cash on delivery charge is refunded only when we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or not as described.

Orders we cancel

Rarely, we may have to cancel an order, for example if a piece sells out or a price was shown in error. We will tell you by email and refund any payment in full.
