Wowmen Fashions India Pvt Ltd ("WOWMEN", "we") runs wowmen.co.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why, and the choices you have. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only in scrambled form).
• Orders: delivery addresses, what you bought, and your order and payment history.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference, never your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Requests you send: warranty claims, returns and exchanges (including photos), business enquiries and back-in-stock alerts.
• Your device: basic technical data such as IP address and browser, used to keep the site secure. With your consent only, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, refunds, returns and warranty claims
• To send you order and service emails
• To keep accounts secure and prevent fraud
• To meet legal duties such as GST invoicing and tax records
• With your consent, to understand how the site is used and measure our ads

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run the shop, and only what they need: Razorpay (payments), our courier partners (name, address and phone for delivery), Microsoft Azure (hosting and storage), our email provider, and, if you allow cookies, Google and Meta. We also share data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires (currently up to 8 years), even after an account is deleted.

Your rights

• See and correct your details at any time in My account
• Ask for a summary of the data we hold about you
• Ask us to delete your account and data we are not required to keep
• Withdraw cookie consent at any time using Cookie settings at the foot of every page
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you
• Complain to us, and if not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India

Children

The site is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please shop with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, passwords are stored scrambled, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
