Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use wowmen.co.in or buy from it. The site is run by Wowmen Fashions India Pvt Ltd, 7/9 East Mada Street, Kovur, Chennai 600128, Tamil Nadu. By placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Please give accurate delivery details.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Delivery is free across India.
• Genuine leather is a natural material: grain, shade and markings vary slightly from piece to piece and from photos. This is not a defect.
• Every product page shows the country of origin and the manufacturer's details.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
• Pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or choose cash on delivery for an extra ₹25.
• We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. Any payment is refunded in full.

Delivery, cancellation, returns and warranty

• Shipping policy: free delivery, dispatched in 1 to 2 working days
• Cancellation and refunds: cancel free of charge until your order ships
• Returns and exchanges: within 7 days of delivery
• Warranty: 6 months against manufacturing defects

Using the site

Photos, text, logos and designs on this site belong to Wowmen Fashions India Pvt Ltd. Please do not copy them without permission, misuse the site, or try to disrupt it. Reviews you post must be honest and about your own experience; we may remove reviews that are not.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
