6-month warranty
Every WOWMEN piece is covered for 6 months from the day it is delivered against defects in how it was made. If something goes wrong, tell us below and we will put it right.
What is covered
- Stitching that comes loose or unravels
- Zips, buckles, clasps and other hardware that break in normal use
- Defects in the leather or material, such as cracking or peeling
- Colour or finish problems not caused by use
What is not covered
- Normal wear, and leather softening, creasing or darkening with age
- Accidents, misuse, overloading, cuts or burns
- Damage from water, chemicals or heat
- Pieces repaired or altered by someone else
How a claim works
