Returns and exchanges
Not quite right? You can return or exchange a piece within 7 days of delivery.
What you can return
- Pieces delivered in the last 7 days
- Unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging
Refunds and exchanges
- Refunds go back to your original payment method (card, UPI or net banking) once the piece reaches us and is checked
- Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI. See cancellation and refunds
- Exchanges can be for a different colour or product, subject to stock. If prices differ, we will contact you about the difference
Return postage
- Free pickup if we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or not as described
- For any other reason, please send the piece back at your cost to Wowmen Fashions India Pvt Ltd, 7/9 East Mada Street, Kovur, Chennai 600128
